ORDER CANCELLATIONS
1. BEFORE SHIPPING:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@marinespares.co.za or 064 505 7506. Include your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. AFTER SHIPPING:
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the item. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return your order.
NON-CANCELLABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, including:

• Items on sale or clearance
• Special order items
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
