HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your item, contact our customer service team at info@marinespares.co.za or call us at 064 505 7506 to request a return. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.
Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us following the provided instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
